How spray tan solution works?Spray tanning temporarily colors the skin. The active ingredient that creates the bronzed effect is DHA (Dihydroxyacetone). DHA is derived from sugar cane or beet root. This ingredient interacts with the proteins and amino acids found in the top layer of the skin to create the desired tanned color. DHA is the primary ingredient found in all spray tanning solutions and self-tanning products.
-
How is spray tan different from traditional tanning? In addition to obtaining an instant result, you avoid all of the harmful effects that could result from UV ray exposure in tanning beds or from the sun itself. In other words, by limiting your exposure to such harmful effects you are reducing your risk of developing skin cancer and avoiding the premature aging of your skin (wrinkles, pigmentary spots, discoloration, etc.). Spray tanning allows you to enjoy the same results obtained via traditional tanning without exposing yourself to these harmful effects. Our solution is fast, efficient and sustainable. In just a few minutes, you can get that glowing complexion you’ve always wanted, whilst it would take several traditional tanning sessions to achieve a similar result. Furthermore, those who cannot visit traditional tanning salons due to age restrictions, can enjoy spray tanning as it is available to mostly everyone.

What is the process of Brow Lamination?Brow Lamination is a 3 or 4 (when you include a tint) step chemical process that slowly relaxes the brow hair and makes it pliable. The first step is the relaxer - it slowly opens the hair follicle and expands it allowing it to be relaxed. The second step is a setting treatment that “sets” the hair into the direction that the hair has been relaxed into during the first step, the second step also bulks up & softens the hair so that it becomes thicker by each strand (fine hair loves this treatment) The third step is tinting and shaping if you wish to include these in your treatment. The 4th is a nourishing vitamin and keratin treatment that will infuse into your opened hair follicle and lock in nourishment for the brow hair. This step will need to be left on for 24 hours after your treatment and the brows must remain dry during that time.
-
Will my brow hairs be stuck like this?Your brow hair will still be able to be combed in any direction and will still have movement. This process is to help tame your brow hair and choose the direction your hairs lay in but it still allows them to move.
-
How can I make sure the brow hairs don’t move from the position the have been treated in?It is recommended to comb the brow hair in the desired direction after washing your face, taking a shower or waking up in the morning. Also recommended is using a brow gel to secure the hairs from moving around during your day.
-
What is the difference between Brow Lamination/Brow Lift?Nothing. They are the same thing just different names.
-
Will Brow Lamination cause hair loss? No. Brow Lamination when done properly will not cause hair loss. Your eyebrows will shed naturally in cycles regardless, it is part of the process of hair rejuvenation and healthy regrowth. Your hair sheds at certain stages and then regrows as it needs to. In order to prevent excessive shedding caused from dry hair or lack of nutrients to the follicle daily use of a Brow Nectar nourishing oil will help to hydrate existing follicles & stimulate growth with nourishment, if your brows are properly cared for after your treatment & the service provider is well trained you should see more brow growth over time, never sudden loss of hair in large amounts or patches.
-
Does a Brow Lift/Lamination hurt?NO. If anything it is very relaxing. Most people fall asleep during their service.
-
What brow products should I avoid after my lamination treatment?Pomades, brow waxes, certain brow pencils and boy brow, are products that are not the healthiest for your hair post brow lamination treatment. I always advise that wax based brow styling products such as those listed are avoided post lamination as they can clog your pores and cause hair shedding

-
What is the difference between Lash Lift vs Lash Extentions?Eyelash extensions require a single or multiple synthetic lash/es to bond to each individual natural lash to create more length and fullness and require maintenance every 2-3 weeks. Whereas a lash lift is just curling your own natural lashes with less maintenance
-
Is Lash Lifting for me?Your natural lashes should have adequate length. Straight and/or downward pointing lashes Low maintenance compared to eyelash extensions as time poor for regular upkeep Love to still wear mascara
-
Can Mascara be applied after lifting? Please wait for 24 hours before applying any type of product to your lashes except the Elleeplex Advanced Formula. After 24 hours, you may apply your usual makeup MINUS the eyelash curler
