Welcome to S.H.E, prior to booking any services please review our policy. Our goal at S.H.E is to provide the best customer service and ensure that your time spent with us is not only inspiring but empowering.

Deposit:

​

​

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All deposits are due when booking your services. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment.

Rescheduling:

​

​

All rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to the day of your scheduled appointment. Any services rescheduled after 48 hours of your scheduled service will require a new deposit.

​

Cancelation:

​

​

Any cancelation will forfeit their deposit.

​

No show:

​

No shows will be charged the full amount of their services.

​

​

 

 

Return/ Refund Policy:

​

If you need to return an item or a full order please contact info@shehelpsempower.ca.  A return address will be provided to you along with a return form to fill out. Please include the return form with your return items. Returned products are subject to any applicable shipping fees.

 

All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving your order. All products must be in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted.

 

If your order is incorrect please contact info@shehelpsempower.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

If you receive your order and any of the products are damaged please contact info@shehelpsempower.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damaged items.

Shipping Policy:

 

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after being placed.

Once the item has been shipped you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number

Delivery Service Offered:

All orders within Canada will be shipped through the most cost and time-efficient method

Any orders shipped to the US will be shipped through the most cost and time-efficient method

 

How much is shipping charges:

shipping charges can vary due to the following factors;

-the weight of the package

-the size of the package

-final destination (where it is going to)

-shipping choice (express, regular mail)

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Depending on the shipping choice orders within Canada can be expected within 2-5 business days after receiving your confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

**Orders going to the US can be expected within 5-15 business days after receiving your confirmation email with your tracking number depending on the shipping choice.

Address change:

​

An address may be changed prior to the order being complete. Please contact info@shehelpsempower.ca immediately if an address must be changed or corrected.

Refunds:

​

All refunds will be made after receiving the returned items. Refunds will be reimbursed directly to the credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be made, once the reimbursement has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Canceling an order:

​

You may cancel your order prior to it being shipped and we will refund the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Once the order has been completed and shipped you will need to contact info@shehelpsempower.ca to submit a return.

 

Any order that is shipped back due to an invalid shipping address will be subject to another shipping fee if the items need to be resent.
